Professional Training had achieved consistent revenue growth but needed to move beyond founder-led sales to create a scalable commercial model. The company had struggled to find the right sales hire who could both fit their global legal industry client base and take ownership of sales execution. They needed a trusted partner to help design a repeatable sales engine – and make the right hire to lead it.
